at Trinity College

ran a Holiday Club from 7th- 11th April. Thanks to the Headteacher and Governors of Shirehampton Primary we were able to use their hall.

a great time was had by all

The week was called Champions Challenge and the children were put into teams. Here's 'The Skaters'

aerobics .....

was one of the ways we began the day. It was good fun

and there was team games

including the ever popular tunnel ball

competitions

including team challenges

drama

performed by both adults and children

games

like 'stuck in the mud' and 'Simon says'

listening

to stories and storyboards

physical challenges

based on all kinds of skills

sports too ....

including basketball, hoop-la, croquet

we we just couldn't forget ...

the fun getting through the tunnel

all of the children

made a trophy to celebrate the things they were good at

and we all discovered

that everyone had lots of talents

it didn't matter

whether we were nearly the oldest

just about ...

in the middle

or one of the youngest

children there

we could all be ....

the best at something

for all their support

and all those who helped.
It was a real privilege to work with such a lovely group of enthusiastic children
