Following my wife's accident on the M1, the car was recovered by Caldicot and taken to Leicester east services. When we went to retrieve some additional items from the vehicle, the staff that met us were polite, helpful and friendly. The vehicle was properly stored and secured for my wife's lease company to recover. I reckon they're good. Not their fault the guy who totalled my wife's car was also there!

These boys know how to customers want to be treat these days, polite, professional & friendly with no sales push. I’ve no time for pushy salesman, despise them, but none of that from these guys. They made buying a car a pleasure, quick and simple, they made things very easy for me. I’ve had zero problems with the car I bought from them and will definitely be going back to them when I’m ready to change.

Very friendly and helpful. We haven't bought a car from there yet however the staff put no pressure on you whatsoever and are very enthusiastic about the cars that they sell. Worth a visit just to see the VR6 Corrado he has there!

I have dealt with Thompson and Thompson over several years and recently had the pleasure of doing business with them again. My wife has also just changed her car and we both feel that we were well looked after on every visit. There was no pressure to purchase a particular car and we had all the time in the world, and a coffee, to peruse and make up our minds as to what we felt was most suitable for our needs. There was 1 glich with my wife's car that was sorted promptly and without any hassle at all. When we next change our cars I will be visiting Thompson and Thompson again without hesitation. Many thanks for such excellent service and follow up. We are both delighted.

Friendly and knowledgeable staff, if they don't have something they can get it fast. Usually ends up cheaper than expected too. Can't fault them.

Has alot of parts you'd be surprised how quick they can get them in. They supply many garages around the area so you could get alot of discounts for fitting. Customer service is okay, guys are generally chatty when it's quiet and will go out of their way to help.

Fitted my en-suite & Kitchen, and done some work on my bathroom. Excellent job!! Would highly recommend!

Excellent service, can't recommend highly enough. My grandmother's boiler broke down during heavy snow last week and she called them upset but forgot to leave a name, address or contact number. Amazingly they remembered installing her boiler 3 years ago, went into the office during heavy snow, got her address and turned up at 9am on a snowy Saturday. Truly outstanding service. Also incredibly reasonably priced!

Since moving to the area (and having had DMS recommended to us), we have only ever used DMS to look after all our family's cars - as well as our company's vehicles. Service is always first class, pricing fair and we've always been really impressed with the quality provided. Being popular, there you occasionally have to wait a few days to get booked in for more routine items (better now with the larger premises), but they've alays been extremely helpful and quick to assist with the "urgent" items. Definitely recommend!

Great place sad I never used them before, was the only place that could not only identify the problem with my car but also quickly, knew what he was looking for shone his torch down the side of the engine and showed me the problem shame that the AA couldn't do the same when they came out to me, I have only thanks for this garage.

If anyone needs an amazing funeral directors Ian Watts and sons are just perfect. It's really difficult when you lose a loved one but Jo was there every step of the way and didn't even mind when I kept bombarding her with messages. Thank you so much you made a very difficult day into a wonderful celebration of my brothers life.

Excellent kennels my two dogs really loved their stay in March this year, and the option of them Going for a walk in the woods they love was a real bonus for them. I would recommend The Oaks to all.

I try to get my dog in to Penylan Country Lodge when ever we go away on holidays or a long weekend where dogs are not allowed. The staff are brilliant and you never get the feeling you leaving your pet in a run down Kennel as you sometimes here of. They also offer a 45min dog walking service (at an extra cost) to, to give you peace of mind that they're getting a good walk whilst your away. Prices are reasonable and I would advise that you book well in advance before you go away as they get extremely busy at peak times of the year, which is a testiment to how good and well liked they are. Our dog also goes here for a groom every couple of months which is also very reasonably priced.

We have put our boy Chester in here, he loves going & girls are very good with him. It's very clean dogs are well looked after and wouldn't go any where else.

Lovely friendly family-run business. The photos of them playing with the dogs tell you a lot. They take a few cats in a nice separate enclosed hut ideal for indoor cats, and isolated from most of the dog noises. Will be using them again.

It's a good library overall, staff is nice as well. Use it to study but it takes me an hour to get home from a Newport school so the library is about to close and the only day I can study there is Saturday for a few hours. It's a shame because I like the quiet environment it provides but I barely get to use it.

After discovering I was pregnant with our first child, my partner and I reached out to Cary to book in for a Newborn Photoshoot. (Something which we'll never ever regret). From the very start to the beautiful finished photo gallery - Cary has been amazing throughout. She welcomed us into her studio and made us feel at ease straight away. In our consultation, she took on board our expectations of the photographs and listened to our suggestions of colour schemes; poses and props. My partner and I both worked 40 hours a week whilst I was pregnant and Cary really accomodated for flexible appointment times. After our daughter arrived and on the day of her photoshoot, Cary was really patient and worked very hard to keep our newborn daughter relaxed and to capture the perfect photo. Cary invested a lot of her time in working completely around our newborn; she had incredible patience and took into account nappy changes and feeding times. My partner and I can see Cary is truly passionate in what she does, she really cares about our needs as well as capturing beautiful photographs. Our journey of parenthood has just started and Cary has beautifully captured the most precious time of our lives. Aside from our daughter, we will forever treasure our beautiful photo gallery, all credit to Cary. We highly recommend, we couldn't of wished for anyone better. Thank you very, very very much!

I don't usually write reviews, I just expect to get the service that I pay for but on this occasion I want to express my thanks to the crews who handled what turned out to be a difficult and complex series of moves with great efficiency, flexibility and humour. Having sold my business which was also my home and having to move vast amounts of belongings at short notice, the well laid plan, which now involved more vehicles, a part move to storage as well as a house delivery went haywire, no fault of theirs. The way they rose to the occasion and solved the problems as they occurred was magnificent. Thank you very much. Nick and family

Of all the Chinese takeaways in the area, this has always been our favourite - lovely, light fried rice, tasty mains which are often a little lighter and tastier than the average takeaway. Incredibly speedy service other than at the very busiest periods, and food always fresh and piping hot. Chicken spring rolls are really great, as are the satays and black bean sauce dishes in particular. Now under new ownership, but quality is every bit as good as in Debbie's day, and while some dishes have changed flavour a little, still very good quality.

Booked Crawford cars for a wedding in Bristol and pick up in Shirenewton near Chepstow returning home late one Saturday night. Turned up spot on both ways, lovely cab and gave us a knowledgeable chat there and back which was a nice change from stony silence. Price very reasonable as had a few quotes and he was the best by far. Needless to say will be using again and would recommend to anyone especially for that special journey you need like airports etc.

Had a problem with my Samsung TV turning itself off then back on every 2 minutes. Phoned Samsung Techical Support and they recommended trying a few things like unplugging TV and anything attached to it and trying again with no luck, so they recommended a TV repairer. I thought I would try a local one first but Jim said he no longer did TV repairs but he gave me a couple of things to try. One was taking the remote control into the kitchen which I did and it fixed the problem. So not sure what Jim is like at fitting aerials etc. but he knows more about fixing Samsung TV's than the Samsung "expert". You did me a favour Jim so I hope this review helps you.
